No products have any perservatives. As such they will not keep as long as store bought goods.
Bread can last on the counter around 4-5 days before needing to be refrigerated for another 4-5 days. If bread is not eaten by then, it is best to slice the bread, wrap in tinfoil/saran wrap, and freeze for upwards to 3 months.
